Free NZ shipping

We ship within New Zealand only (for now - the ducks are working on it) 🦆

Dispatch:

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

Delivery times:

We ship with NZ Post. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days for most of NZ, although rural areas.

Rural delivery:

Rural delivery is included in your free shipping; no surprises at checkout.

A note on timing:

Once your order leaves us, it's in NZ Post's hands. We'll always do our best to help if something goes sideways, but we can't be held responsible for delays outside our control.
